this was the first image of the series - i made it just for fun, to play around with 3d and implying something simply (the red cloth on the warning sign - what could that mean?) and i never intended it as a multi part piece.

this guy appeared because i wanted to actually elaborate on what was being implied - the idea was that these creatures can somehow read and use stolen safety signage to trick hunters into making themselves easily visible to be killed.

boo! a face! i'm still pretty proud of the hair modeling i think it turned out very nicely.
